I ordered 4 balloons for my daughters wedding and what a let down the balloons were all discoloured with brown patches and flopped when inflated.i couldnt use them they were so bad very dissapointed as i paid €26 for them and a further €28 to inflate them.
As a result there was no time to replace them for her wedding day

Judging by the pictures, it appears that they are not being blown up to their full potential. They blow up to 36' (1 meter) in diameter. They are only half that in the pictures.
They are like ordinary balloons in the sense that you need to stretch them out before filling to increase their elasticity. You can also use hot water or a hairdryer to warm it up and make it more pliable. Especially giving their size. Those marks are just areas of the balloon's latex that haven't been stretched.
Whoever filled the balloons would know this and should have informed you that this was the case. I'm assuming that they didn't because you didn't purchase the balloons from them. I see from the pictures that they sell balloons as well.
