These are completely self assembly lol it’s ridiculous. It doesn’t stay on the listing but you’ve to assemble and decorate them yourself and tie the elastic on. I wouldn’t mind but I found really similar ones in a party shop the other day, an 8 pack, fully assembled for cheaper!
